How did you first learn about JJWC?
My sister, Katie Gulas was a member and she introduced me to the club.
What made you decide to join JJWC?
I went to the JJWC Witches Ball the year before and thought it seemed like a fun way to get involved and give back.
What has been your favorite service project or event to be a part of?
I love planning our fundraisers! I’m very excited to get to be a part of planning our exciting new Mardi Gras event this year.
How have you personally grown or benefitted from being in JJWC?
JJWC has guided me to exciting new friendships and introduced me to various community organizations that benefit from our services.
Tell us a little about your family and what you do for a living.
I am a Speech-Langauge Pathologist by trade, but I’m currently managing the therapists on the inpatient rehabilitation unit at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center. My husband, Adam, is the Assistant Principal at Lakewood Creek Elementary in Oswego. We have been married for two years and live in Crest Hill, IL. We were both born and raised in the Joliet area and went to Joliet Central and Joliet West.
What's a fun fact that most people might not know about you?
I seem pretty organized, but I live in organized chaos. I am the queen of organized piles of things, and my desk is never clean (but it has candy!).
